This transformative workshop offers us an inspiring experiential exploration of our inner landscapes, with the intention of working with our legacy and cultural burdens and blessings. Participants will be given a rich opportunity to explore the burdens and blessings that we carry both from our ancestors and our culture.

We will spend our time together in experiential meditations and embodiment practices, sculpting our parts and sharing deeply with each other in the sacred space of our collective self energy. At the same time, we will also deepen into our relationships with our Whole and Well ancestors, often going way back in our ancestral lines.

On Sunday we will culminate our time together with a grief ritual for our ancestors.

Come join us in this deep and intimate exploration of our cultural burdens, our blessings and our ancestral lines.

Kay Gardner, LCPC,
IFS Lead trainer
