Who We Support
Adults seeking deeper integration of their authentic self, coming out later in life or transitioning
Parents, partners and family members wanting to support an LGBTQ+ loved one
Teens courageously exploring or questioning their sexual or gender identity
- Couples and relationships where identity and orientation play a role in communication, intimacy or growth
We serve the Los Altos and San Jose communities - and offer telehealth options for flexibility. Evening and weekend sessions are available to accommodate busy lives.
Our Approach: Safe, Affirming & Trauma-Informed
Our therapists combine evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CBT and mindfulness with an understanding of LGBTQ+ lived experience. We hold space for you to explore identity, process trauma, integrate your self-image and build supportive relationships. You'll be met with acceptance, respect and clarity - not pathologization.
What to Expect in Therapy
Exploration: We start with curiosity. Who are you? What truth are you living? What supports or fears do you carry?
Transition & Change: If you're navigating change - gender transition, coming out, relationship shifts - we walk with you step-by-step. We help you engage with medical, familial or social dimensions if needed, and attend to the emotional impact.
Integration: We help you live your authentic self: aligning identity, relationships, work, community and self-compassion. We equip you to navigate dysphoria, minority stress and invisibility.
Family & Relationships: Your identity doesn't exist in isolation. We support loved ones who want to understand, families who wish to connect, and couples navigating orientation or identity changes.
Locations & Scheduling Options
