Person-Centered Therapy Overall Description:

Many people come to therapy feeling unsure of where to begin — overwhelmed by their emotions, uncertain about what they “should” be doing, or worried that something is wrong with them for struggling in the first place. Children, teens, and adults alike often arrive carrying feelings they don’t yet have words for, or patterns that no longer feel helpful but don’t know how to change.

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s inner experience. I believe healing happens when we slow down, listen carefully, and create enough safety for emotions, parts, and stories to unfold at their own pace. I work collaboratively, honoring you as the expert on your own life while offering guidance, reflection, and support along the way.

Whether we are using conversation, play, somatic awareness, or creative expression, my goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves and to others - moving toward greater ease, clarity, and self-compassion.

More than Just My Work:

Outside of the therapy room, I find grounding and inspiration in nature, creative play, and moments of quiet reflection. I value slowing down, staying curious, and finding gentle ways to reconnect with what feels meaningful - practices that often inform how I show up with clients as well.
