Motivation & Moderation Group
A Gentle Path to Change
Motivation & Moderation is a virtual group for individuals who recognize there is an issue with a substance or unwanted behavior, but are not ready, willing, or wanting to give it up entirely.
This group offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore moderation, self-regulation, and intentional decision-making. Rather than focusing on abstinence or labels, we focus on increasing awareness and supporting change that feels right for you.
