Overall Description:
I believe therapy is a sacred space to be seen, known, and heard. I support children, teens, and adults navigating identity, relational stress, attachment wounds, and life transitions through a warm, grounded, and collaborative lens. My approach blends deep empathy, expressive tools (journaling, metaphor, parts work), and practical strategies for boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
I work with all genders and ages - and I have a particular passion for supporting girls. I worked as a counselor and then became the Director of Girls Inc. - focused on helping girls develop healthy friendships, resilience, leadership skills and a loving relationship with themselves, their bodies and others.
Clients often describe our work as a place to breathe, explore, and re-author the stories they carry. Whether we're untying "trauma ties," reframing anxious thoughts, or reclaiming joy, I meet each person with curiosity, respect, and the belief that healing is possible.
Experience:
I have supported children, teens, adults and families across school, community, and private practice settings. I specialize in helping clients deepen emotional awareness, strengthen self-esteem, and cultivate secure connections with themselves and others. I also integrate psychoeducation on attachment, nervous system regulation, and expressive writing to foster long-lasting growth.
