Divorce can be one of the most challenging journeys a woman can face. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, resentful, and unsure of what the future holds. But remember, you're not alone. We're here to provide you with the resources, support, and community you need to navigate this transition with hope, strength and resilience. EmpowerHer is a strength-based approach to helping women navigate the many stages of divorce.

Together We Will:

  • Process the Body of Fear: Address the anxiety, fear, and uncertainty that can get stuck in the body as you head towards separation / divorce. Through shared experiences and expert guidance, begin to process your fears so they don't impact your physical health and emotional wellness.
  • Face the Unknown: Gain insight and strategies for tackling the unknown aspects of life after separation / divorce. From getting a hold on your finances to rediscovering your identity, we're here to help you navigate uncharted territory with confidence.
  • Heal Resentment: Explore interventions for processing anger and resentment to ultimately feel more settled within yourself. Discover the foundation of true empowerment and learn how to move forward with an increased sense of grace and ease.
  • Navigate Co-parenting: Receive practical advice and emotional support for co-parenting effectively with your ex-partner. Learn how to prioritize your children's well-being while maintaining boundaries and healthy communication.
  • Show Up for Your Kids: Discuss the challenges of parenting through separation / divorce and discover strategies for showing up as the best version of yourself for your children. Together, we'll create a supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others.
