**Teen Boys* Focus Group: Together We Stand**

*(cis, trans, non-binary are all welcome) Tuesdays 7-8:15 pm Ongoing, 8-week Requirement Meets weekly, $100 per class With Abel Martinez, AMFT# 113157 | Mindful Child & Family Therapy 851 Fremont Ave, Ste 210, Los Altos, CA 94024 This Teen Boys* Focus Group will create an environment of warmth and acceptance, while addressing some of the challenges of being a teenager during the pandemic. Abel weaves in meaningful themes such as:

Exploring the social and emotional impact of Covid 19
Navigating anxiety / depression / anger
Dealing with procrastination / attention challenges
Finding meaning and purpose in life
Exploring sexual / gender identity
Addressing the impact of social media, cyber-bullying, gaming compulsions & online identities
Learning to find solutions together to foster self acceptance and connection
